Registration process for Direct-enrollment Students
If you are a direct-enrollment student, you must register through PUCE’s Dirección General de Estudiantes:

Registration process for Incoming Students from partner universities
Registration Requirements
- If you study at one of our partner universities, your institution must send PUCE’s International Office (see contacts below)
a Request for Admission - an official letter or e-mail specifying the names of incoming students and the number of semesters they
will be studying at PUCE.
- Application Deadline:
- First week of June (Fall Semester)
- First week of December (Spring Semester)
- First week of June (Fall Semester)
- First week of December (Spring Semester)
Documents needed
Once you have received the Acceptance Letter form PUCE, your institution must send the documents specified below, in a sealed envelope to PUCE’s International Office, addressed to:

- Original transcripts.
- A Doctor’s certificate of good health specifying that the student has all the required immunizations.
- 4 passport-sized photographs
- A copy of the passport (page with personal data) and the Visa.
- If students are staying with a host family, they must fill-out and submit the
